Our Story

Art Brooks started this company in Wickenburg in 1982. He'd grown up around ranches in Arizona, where a broken heater or a dead cooler wasn't an inconvenience — it was a real problem, and usually nobody close by could fix it fast. That stuck with him.

So he trained as a refrigeration tech and opened his own shop. Forty-four years later, we're still here, still local, still answering the phone ourselves.

This is ranch country. Summers run past 115°F, the dust never really settles, and the dry air is hard on equipment and harder on the people who have to fix it. We've spent decades learning what that heat does to a system and how to keep it running anyway.
